- Apprendre et mémoriser 30 mots ou expressions en rapport avec le fête de Thanksgiving

- Pratiquer la mémoire visuelle et auditive

- Renforcer l'écoute et la compréhension orale

Matériel Nécessaire

- Cartes thanksgiving représentant 30 mots en rapport avec la fête de thanksgiving  (une impression pour le.la PE à plastifier)

- Fichier vocabulaire thanksgiving (Une impression par élève)

- Tableau et feutres effaçables

Le.la PE accueille les élèves et dis-leur bonjour en anglais.

Hello everybody

Le.la PE explique qu'aujourd'hui, ils on va s'amuser à parler de Thanksgiving : 

Today, guess what, we are going to speak about thanksgiving, which is a famous holiday in the united states of america.

Welcome to THANKSGIVING

 

Phase: Story

Le.la PE raconte l'histoire de thanksgiving en s'appuyant sur les phrases écrites au dos des cartes. Les cartes doivent être classées par ordre de 1 à 30.

 Le.la PE présente chaque carte en lisant la phrase qui est écrite, et en répétant le mot correspondant. Les élèves répètent le mot.

(card 2) Children don't go to school on Thanksgiving. It is a holiday.  Repeat after me : Holiday

Now, we are going to play the game "What's missing"

Le.la PE affiche les cartes au tableau avec les aimants. 

Puis le.la PE annonce : 

Are you ready?

So now, close your eyes,

Le.la PE enlève une des cartes et demande :

Astuces De Prof

Lors de l'affichage des cartes au tableau pour le Mémory, le.la PE peut énnoncer à voix haute les cartes qu'elle affiche une par une et demander aux élèves de répéter, cela évite un temps d'attente pour les élèves et permet de réviser.
